Are my payment details safe and secure?
We do not obtain any personal account details whatsoever in the PayPal purchase process. These details are taken and processed solely by Paypal under their strict secure payment methods.
How do you send my voodoo/s to me?
We will securely post your voodoo/s via Australia Post.
How long will it take to receive?
Postage will take approximately 5 to 10 days, subject to availability of stock. We will advise if at any time we do not have a particular product in stock and you can either choose an alternative, or we will advise approximate time to supply.
Can I return my voodoo/s if I am not happy with the product or if it is damaged?
We will only accept returns if your voodoo is damaged in transit or if it is faulty.
Please return your voodoo in its original packaging to our post office address with your address details and we will send you a replacement*. Our voodoos are handmade and are sometimes delicate, please look after your voodoo so it can look after you!
*If your damaged doll is returned within 7 days of purchase to findyourvoodoo.com and it does not look to have been damaged due to rough usage we will replace the item at no charge. This is at the discretion of findyourvoodoo.com quality control staff.
